For over 15 years I have been working in web solutions development, including websites, e-commerce, portals, management software and smartphone and tablet applications.
I am a full stack developer with skills in both backend and frontend, as well as relational databases.
Over the years I have gained solid experience in managing complex projects, coordinating development teams and strategic vision that must align with both business dynamics and operational needs.

My approach therefore goes beyond technological architecture, extending to strategic decisions aimed at ensuring that the adopted solutions are innovative, sustainable and aligned with business objectives.
Part of this experience was developed by collaborating with HR departments during technical staff recruitment and in building competent and harmonious teams, capable of working with balance and efficiency.

I believe a good leader should inspire and be an operational and human support, fostering a work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

I am always looking for new ideas and tools to improve the products I develop and optimize processes while respecting the team and the objectives.
I follow the world of artificial intelligence with particular interest: I attend events and constantly study how to integrate AI into client projects to enhance their features and improve the user experience.
